Rem Xander Garza (RemJ) is a Michael Jackson tribute artist based in Long Beach, CA. He is a multi-talented artist (dancer, Singer, and actor) who has been stage performing since the age of 12. He has performed on many stages throughout the Los Angeles area Including Soka University Performing Arts Center, The Historic Avalon Theater and Hollywood’s Whiskey a Go Go. He competed in the Big Talent Showcase in Las Vegas where performing as Michael Jackson won him first place in dance two years in a row and a scholarship to New York Conservatory for the Performing Arts.
Rem is a currently in Film acting and stage Improve classes at My Acting Studio Los Angeles, under the Direction of Charles Tentino and Dan Hitel. He continues studying all forms of dance at The Dance Company in Long Beach and the Edge Performing Arts Center Dance studio in Hollywood.
RemJ is with Abstract Talent Agency and continues to audition for various acting roles. He was cast and worked for Reelz TV network as Michael Jackson on two separate productions. “The Life and Death of Michael Jackson and Dr. Feelgood”. He has also performed in several musicals in the last two years including “Guys and Dolls” at the Long Beach Playhouse and “Hairspray” at CSU Dominque’s Hills Theater Arts while continuing to book and perform venues as Michael Jackson. His dramatic portrayal in “Julius Caesar” at the Richard Goad Theater Long beach has kept him a well-rounded actor performer.
RemJ has assembled a premiere group of talented backup dancers to execute the pinpoint choreography combined with synchronized dance routines. Together they have formed The RemJ Experience. They have put together a Michael Jackson theatrical music must see entertainment act.

Dancer – Sorlie Reeves
Sorlie knew at an early age he wanted to be a performer and began his training in Hip-Hop at Center Stage Dance Academy at the age of 8 under Ali Robless and Twitch from So You Think Can Dance. At Mayfair High School, Sorlie was one of the head choreographers for the Hip-Hop Club while drumming with the Mayfair High School Monsoon Marching Corps. After high school, Sorlie danced in parades at Disneyland from 2007-2009 closing out “Parade of Dreams”, 2 Christmas Parades, The High School Musical Christmas Special and opened “Celebrate! A Street Party”. Sorlie joined the Long Beach City College Arts Department and has Danced, Acted, Choreographed and been a Stage Manager for Long Beach City College from 2011-2015. He also taught at Melodie’s Dance Theatre from 2014-2016 while dancing and choreographing other events around the Los Angeles area with Rem. Sorlie has also performed (dancing and singing) with Carnival Cruise Line over the past two years to locations such as: The Bahamas, New York, Bermuda, Mexico and even Canada. Sorlie would like to thank his family, friends Rem, Trish and many supporters who continually push him further and further towards his goal of becoming an all-around entertainer.
Dancer – Nate Woodson
Nathaniel B. Woodson is a singer, dancer, actor, and songwriter. He loves to indulge himself in musical theater and has been able to play roles such as Danny Zuko in Grease. As well as Seaweed J. Stubbs in the production of Hairspray while attending college. Questioning life’s existence and expressing it through different forms of art is what he lives for and loves to create amazing experiences for everyone to enjoy as a performer.
